SpringHill Co., Ltd. ("we") operates springhilljapan.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and, where applicable, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Quote requests: name, email address, destination country, product links, quantities and notes you enter in the form.
- Orders: shipping address, phone number (required by carriers and customs), payment confirmation details. We do not receive or store full card numbers; payments are handled by the payment provider named in your quote.
- Correspondence: emails you send us.
- Technical data: our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies. One small item is stored in your browser to remember your language choice.
2. Why we use it
To prepare quotes, purchase and ship your items, clear customs, communicate with you, keep accounting records required by Japanese law, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Carriers (e.g. Japan Post, DHL, FedEx) and customs authorities: name, address, phone and declared contents, as required to deliver your parcel.
- Payment providers: as needed to receive your payment.
- Service providers that host our site and email (Cloudflare, Google Workspace) and our internal notification tool (Discord), which process data on our instructions.
- Japanese sellers: only where a purchase requires it (for example a seller that ships directly to a named recipient). We normally purchase in our own name.
Because we are in Japan and you may be elsewhere, your data is transferred internationally. Japan holds an EU adequacy decision; our service providers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Japanese tax and commercial bookkeeping requirements, then deleted.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing, by emailing info@springhilljapan.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
6. Security
Our site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. We cannot guarantee the security of email in transit from your provider to ours.
7. Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

株式会社SpringHill（以下「当社」）は、springhilljapan.com の運営にあたり、個人情報の保護に関する法律およびその他関係法令（お客様の所在国によってはGDPR・UK GDPRを含む）を遵守し、以下のとおり個人情報を取り扱います。
第1条（取得する情報）
- 見積もり依頼：お名前、メールアドレス、お届け先の国、商品URL、数量、備考
- ご注文：お届け先住所、電話番号（運送会社および税関が必要とするもの）、決済確認情報。カード番号そのものは当社では受領・保管せず、見積もりに記載する決済事業者が処理します。
- お問い合わせ：お客様からのメール
- 技術情報：当サイトはCloudflare上で運営され、セキュリティと性能のため標準的なアクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ、閲覧ページ）が記録されます。解析用・広告用のCookieは使用していません。言語設定の記憶のため、小さなデータをブラウザに保存します。
第2条（利用目的）
見積もりの作成、商品の購入・発送、通関手続き、お客様との連絡、法令で義務付けられた会計記録の保存、不正防止のために利用します。個人情報を販売したり、広告目的で利用したりすることはありません。
第3条（第三者提供・委託）
- 運送会社（日本郵便、DHL、FedExなど）および税関当局：配送に必要な範囲で氏名・住所・電話番号・申告内容を提供します。
- 決済事業者：お支払いの受領に必要な範囲で提供します。
- サイトおよびメールのホスティング事業者（Cloudflare、Google Workspace）、社内通知ツール（Discord）：当社の指示に基づきデータを処理します。
- 日本国内の販売者：購入に必要な場合（受取人名義での直送を要する販売者など）に限り提供します。通常は当社名義で購入します。
当社は日本に所在し、お客様が海外にいらっしゃる場合、個人情報は国境を越えて移転されます。日本はEUの十分性認定を受けており、委託先事業者は標準契約条項または同等の保護措置を講じています。
第4条（保存期間）
ご注文に至らなかった見積もり依頼は12か月以内に削除します。ご注文記録は、税法および商法上の帳簿保存義務に従い7年間保存した後、削除します。
第5条（お客様の権利）
お客様は、info@springhilljapan.com への連絡により、ご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等を求めることができます。30日以内に回答します。EU・英国にお住まいの方は、所在国の監督機関に申し立てることもできます。
第6条（安全管理）
当サイトはHTTPSで提供されています。お客様情報へのアクセスは業務上必要な者に限定しています。お客様のメールプロバイダから当社に届くまでのメールの安全性については保証いたしかねます。
第7条（未成年者）
当サービスは成人向けです。18歳未満の方から故意に個人情報を取得することはありません。
