These terms govern the proxy-buying and shipping service provided by SpringHill Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") through springhilljapan.com. By requesting a quote or approving one, you agree to them.
1. What we do
We act as your purchasing agent in Japan. On your instruction we buy goods from Japanese sellers, receive them at our base in Osaka, inspect and photograph them, consolidate them into one shipment and send it to your address. Title to the goods passes to you when we purchase them on your behalf; we hold them for you until shipping.
2. Quotes and approval
Every request receives an itemised quote: item price, our service fee and estimated international shipping. A quote is an offer that you accept by paying the item cost and service fee. We will not buy anything before that payment. Quotes are valid for 3 days because Japanese prices and stock change quickly; after that we may re-quote.
3. Availability
We cannot guarantee that any item will be available at the quoted price. If an item sells out, is withdrawn by the seller or its price changes before we can complete the purchase, we will tell you and either refund that line or ask whether you accept the new price. Lottery entries are made on a best-effort basis and never guaranteed; we do not charge a service fee for an entry that did not win.
4. Payment
Item cost and service fee are due before purchase. International shipping is billed at actual weight and dimensions after packing and is due before dispatch. Payment methods and any processing fees are shown in the quote. Bank charges on your side are your responsibility.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel any line free of charge until we have purchased it. Once purchased, a line cannot be cancelled, because the goods have been bought for you and most Japanese sellers do not accept returns. If you no longer want a purchased item we can, at our discretion, attempt to resell it and refund the proceeds less costs.
6. Inspection
We check each item on arrival for obvious damage, missing parts or wrong items, and send you photos. Our inspection is visual and does not cover function, authenticity grading or sealed contents. If you want a specific check (e.g. opening a blind box, checking card centering), ask in your request.
7. Storage
We store your items free of charge for 60 days from arrival. Longer storage can be agreed in advance. If items remain unpaid or without shipping instructions for 180 days after we have written to you, we may dispose of or resell them to cover our costs.
8. Shipping, customs and risk
We ship with tracked services and declare contents and values accurately; we will not under-declare. Import duties, VAT and clearance charges in your country are your responsibility. Risk of loss or damage in transit passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier; where you have purchased insurance, we will file the claim on your behalf and pass on what the carrier pays. Please report transit damage with photos within 7 days of delivery.
9. Prohibited items
We will not purchase or ship goods that cannot legally be exported from Japan or imported into your country, counterfeit goods, or items prohibited by carriers. We may refuse any request at our discretion.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the service fee you paid us for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for seller delays, release-date changes, carrier delays, customs seizures or indirect losses.
11. Communication
We communicate by email from info@springhilljapan.com. Please keep your address current. Replies are sent within one business day, Japan time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the quote was approved.
本規約は、株式会社SpringHill（以下「当社」）が springhilljapan.com を通じて提供する購入代行・発送サービスに適用されます。見積もりの依頼または承認をもって、本規約に同意いただいたものとします。
第1条（サービス内容）
当社は、お客様の購入代理人として日本国内の販売者から商品を購入し、大阪の当社拠点で受領・検品・撮影のうえ、ひとつの荷物に同梱してお客様のご住所へ発送します。商品の所有権は、当社がお客様に代わって購入した時点でお客様に移転し、当社は発送まで商品を預かります。
第2条（見積もりと承認）
すべてのご依頼に対し、商品代金・当社手数料・国際送料の目安を明記した見積もりをお出しします。見積もりは申込みの誘引であり、商品代金および手数料のお支払いをもって承認とみなします。お支払い前に当社が購入を行うことはありません。日本国内の価格・在庫は変動が早いため、見積もりの有効期間は3日間とし、期間経過後は再見積もりとなる場合があります。
第3条（在庫・価格）
見積もり価格での入手を保証するものではありません。購入手続き前に完売・出品取消・価格変更があった場合は、その旨をご連絡し、該当商品分を返金するか、新価格での購入可否を確認します。抽選への応募は最善を尽くしますが当選を保証せず、落選した応募に手数料は発生しません。
第4条（支払い）
商品代金および手数料は購入前にお支払いいただきます。国際送料は梱包後の実重量・サイズで確定し、発送前にお支払いいただきます。支払方法および決済手数料は見積もりに記載します。お客様側の送金手数料はお客様のご負担です。
第5条（キャンセル）
当社が購入手続きを行う前であれば、無料でキャンセルできます。購入後は、お客様のために購入済みであり、日本の販売者の多くが返品を受け付けないため、キャンセルはできません。購入後に不要となった商品については、当社の裁量で再販を試み、費用を差し引いた売却代金を返金する場合があります。
第6条（検品）
到着した商品について、外観上の破損・欠品・誤品の有無を確認し、写真をお送りします。検品は目視によるものであり、動作確認・真贋鑑定・未開封品の内容確認は含みません。特定の確認（ブラインドボックスの開封、カードのセンタリング確認など）をご希望の場合は、ご依頼時にお知らせください。
第7条（保管）
商品到着から60日間は無料で保管します。それ以上の保管は事前協議のうえ対応します。当社から書面で通知した後180日間、お支払いまたは発送指示がない場合、費用充当のため商品を処分または再販することがあります。
第8条（発送・関税・危険負担）
追跡可能な方法で発送し、内容と価格を正確に申告します（過少申告は行いません）。お届け先の国の関税・付加価値税・通関手数料はお客様のご負担です。輸送中の紛失・破損のリスクは、当社が運送会社に荷物を引き渡した時点でお客様に移転します。保険を付保された場合、当社がお客様に代わって請求を行い、運送会社からの支払額をお渡しします。輸送中の破損は、到着後7日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。
第9条（取扱不可商品）
日本からの輸出またはお届け先の国への輸入が法令で禁止されている商品、模倣品、運送会社が禁止する商品は購入・発送いたしません。当社はいかなるご依頼も裁量によりお断りする場合があります。
第10条（責任の制限）
法令で許容される範囲において、当社の責任は当該ご注文について受領した手数料の額を上限とします。販売者の遅延、発売日の変更、運送会社の遅延、税関による差止め、間接損害について当社は責任を負いません。
第11条（連絡）
当社からの連絡は info@springhilljapan.com より行います。メールアドレスは常に最新のものをご登録ください。返信は日本時間で1営業日以内に行います。
第12条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第13条（改定）
当社は本規約を改定することがあります。上記の日付が現行版を示します。各ご注文には、見積もり承認時点で有効な規約が適用されます。
